- Building a new guitar-shaped hotel tower at the front of the property alongside the Strip. The tower will be between 500 feet to 660 feet tall and will feature an infinity pool deck.
- Creating a step-and-repeat platform near the tower for visitors to take selfies from the Strip.
- Adding more Hard Rock memorabilia, artwork, and merchandise throughout the property.
- Renovating or replacing some of the existing restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, and gaming floor.
When will The Mirage reopen as Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas?
Hard Rock expects to close The Mirage temporarily during its renovation period. The company has not announced an exact date for reopening, but it has said that it will operate as The Mirage through 2023 before closing for 26 months to 30 months. During this time, guests can still enjoy some of The Mirage’s amenities and services.
